Jack & Mae offers care packages, gifts, and concierge services primarily serving Georgia Tech students and their families. All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Local Campus Pickup: Most Jack & Mae orders are available for local pickup on the Georgia Tech campus! Each package has a designated pickup day listed directly in the product description, so be sure to check before ordering. Students can collect their orders on that specified day at the indicated location and times. Keep an eye on our social media pages for additional pickup event details and updates!
Shipping: For orders outside the local area, we ship within the United States via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Return Policy
We put a whole lot of love into every Jack & Mae package, and we want you to be happy with every order!
Because our products are carefully curated and many are perishable or custom assembled, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
However if there is an issue with your order such as damage during shipping or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will do our very best to make it right!
